• 7 signs of Jesus series

A new series of sermons, Bible studies and creative reflections, titled ‘7 Signs – Jesus revealed in the Book of John’, has been released by The Salvation Army’s Mission Resources team.

Based on the seven miracles of Jesus in the book of John, the series focuses on Jesus’ attributes and how he continues to work in the lives of believers today.

The resource suite, which can be found on the my.Salvos toolkit, also includes visual reflections to be used within small groups. These visual reflections focus on an image, and a guided spoken reflection encourages participants to reflect on it and ask the Holy Spirit to speak to them through it.

“This is a new style of resource, and it’s ideal for people who prefer to engage through art rather than words,” said Jess Clayton from the Mission Resources Team.

Also included are cards that summarise each week’s teaching, which can be printed and given to congregation or small-group members to take home as a visual reminder that Jesus is God.

“We are praying that this series is a blessing and support to you and that it helps your whole church family grow closer to Jesus,” said Jess.
