Dear friends,

The tragic events at Bondi Beach have left us all shaken. It is hard to comprehend such violence, and it is natural to feel grief, fear, and even helplessness in the face of such loss.

Let us come together and pray for those whose lives have been shattered, for families grieving, and for our wider community. May God’s peace rest upon them and may his comfort surround us all.

We especially hold our Jewish brothers and sisters in prayer and compassion. In this time of anguish, we stand alongside you with love and solidarity. May you feel the embrace of community, the strength of faith, and the assurance that you are not alone.

Even in the darkest times, hope is not destroyed. Every act of kindness, every prayer whispered, every hand extended in care is a way of pushing back against despair. Together, we can be a living witness to love, peace, and compassion.
