• Pray for India Western Territory
Each week through 2026, Salvationists around the world are uniting in prayer for the same territory or region of The Salvation Army. Prayer requests are shared by the territory/region to help us pray with precision and power for one another.
This week (26 October-1 November) we pray for the India Western Territory.
This territory has 618 officers (381 active, 237 retired); 15 cadets; 200 corps; 70 outposts; 30,122 senior soldiers; 1396 adherents; 4742 junior soldiers; 345 employees.
Commissioners John William Polimetla and Ratna Sundari Polimetla lead the territory.
The work of the India Western includes:
• Education
• Hospitals
